I offer a safe, non judgmental, empathic environment to work through life's challenges by supporting you on your journey to recovery. By forming a trusting therapeutic relationship, that moves at your own pace we can navigate through your thoughts, feelings and experiences from the past and head towards the future. Integrative Counselling

Integrative counselling is a holistic approach to psychotherapy that combines elements from different therapeutic models to meet each client's unique needs. It recognises that no single theory can address every individual or situation, so techniques are tailored to the person's emotional, cognitive, behavioural, social, and spiritual aspects. By drawing on multiple perspectives, integrative counselling encourages clients to explore themselves openly and authentically, helping them understand the roots of their fears and limitations, identify behavioural patterns and triggers, and move towards greater psychological freedom and self-awareness.

Humanistic Counselling

The humanistic approach to therapy focuses on personal growth, self-awareness, and the development of individual potential. It is rooted in the belief that everyone has an innate drive toward goodness and fulfilment, though life experiences can sometimes block this process. Humanistic therapy helps clients reconnect with their strengths, creativity, and sense of choice in the present moment, fostering greater self-esteem and wellbeing. It is particularly beneficial for those experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, or relationship difficulties. By encouraging self-exploration and responsibility, the approach empowers clients to understand themselves more deeply, overcome internal barriers, and create positive change in their lives.
