Welcome to The Therapy Chair – My name is Sarah and as a fully trained counsellor, my role is to support you through any challenges that you may be facing by providing a confidential safe space and offering you a warm empathetic and non-judgmental counselling relationship, where I will focus on helping you to move forward and grow as an individual.

I have a private therapy room at my home that offers a calming, non-judgemental safe space where you can feel relaxed and understood. I can also offer either a phone consultation or zoom sessions.
