Welcome to The Therapy Chair – My name is Sarah and as a fully trained counsellor, my role is to support you through any challenges that you may be facing by providing a confidential safe space and offering you a warm empathetic and non-judgmental counselling relationship, where I will focus on helping you to move forward and grow as an individual.

I am here to help you get your life back on track and see the world through new eyes as the best version of yourself you can be.
